Caroline Blair is an experienced Scottish presenter, journalist, stadium announcer and event host. Her career spans major broadcasters including Sky News, BBC, STV and Bauer Media, as well as a diverse portfolio of corporate clients such as Scottish Rugby, The R&A and many more.
Caroline serves as Scotland's match-day stadium announcer at Scottish Gas Murrayfield (capacity
67, 144) and was actively involved at Rugby World Cup 2025, including announcing history when England lifted the trophy in the final at Allianz Twickenham in front of a record crowd (81,885).
Currently, Caroline co-hosts the Official Scottish Rugby Podcast with Chris Paterson and fronts Powering Conversations (SP Energy Networks). She has also featured as a cover co-presenter on Forth 1’s Boogie in the Morning, the UK’s #1 breakfast radio show (ARIAS 2024 and 2025).
In addition, she is in high demand across the events and awards circuit and is a proud ambassador for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys cold-water swimming and playing golf.
She lives in St Andrews, Fife, with her husband and their two children.
