Caroline Blair is an experienced Scottish presenter and event host, with a career spanning Sky News, BBC, STV, Bauer Media, and a diverse range of corporate clients.

 

Currently, she is a guest presenter on Forth 1, including co-hosting the UK’s #1 breakfast show, Boogie in the Morning (Arias, 2024). She also anchors a number of podcasts including SP Energy Networks' Powering Conversations and the Official Scottish Rugby Podcast alongside Chris Paterson and serves as the stadium announcer and presenter at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. A highly sought-after host, Caroline is a trusted presence on the events and awards circuit.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to podcasts and cold-water swimming. She lives in St Andrews, Fife, with her husband and their two children.​
